HOW TO ENROL
Please complete all the information required paying particular attention to dietary, health and disability questions. There is an option to include a second and third workshop choice on the enrolment form in the event that your first choice workshop is already full or in the event of a cancellation. To complete the payment details please check the fee table in the general information to select the appropriate payment. If your workshop indicated a model fee you will need to add this amount to your payment.
FULL PAYMENT OF FEES ARE REQUIRED WITH ENROLMENT AND CLASS SELECTION WILL BE BOOKED BY FIRST PRIORITY.
If you wish to have your enrolment information and confirmation sent to you via email just tick the box in the lower right hand corner of the enrolment form.

TO ENROL
To enrol in a ASMSA workshop please complete the enrolment form and return with your full payment. A position in a workshop is reserved once payment of fees has been received. Please note that phone bookings are only accepted if accompanied with credit card details. As workshops fill quickly please ensure your enrolment and payment is forwarded to ‘The Art Scene’ office as quickly as possible. You will be forwarded further information regarding your workshop, additional materials you may require, school timetable, maps and an invoice for your payment once the class has reached required numbers to go ahead. Alternatively you will be contacted regarding another choice of tutor.
REFUNDS
In the event that a workshop is cancelled by ASMSA, and the participant does not wish to enrol in another, a full refund of fees paid will be granted. Participants who cancel or withdraw from a workshop prior to commencement will receive a refund of fees paid, minus an administration charge of $100. Participants should notify in writing to receive a refund. No refunds will be given for withdrawals or cancellations once the workshop has commenced.
DISCLAIMER
Art Scene Mitchell School of Arts makes every effort to ensure the information in this magazine is correct at the time of printing. Changes to the program are rare, but in the case of illness or any unforeseen circumstance a tutor may need to be substituted at short notice. In the unusual event of the need to cancel a workshop during a school, participants will be offered an alternative workshop. ASMSA retains the right not to accept a participants enrolment if it deems to be unsuitable for a program or whose presence may detract from the enjoyment of others.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All participants and tutors who attend a workshop are bound to a Code of Conduct which will be forwarded with your workshop information. Any serious breach of the code will result in expulsion from the workshop without refund of fees. All attendees to watercolour classes MAY be required to wear enclosed footwear if their allocated classroom is a science laboratory. There are no exceptions as this is the requirement from the university
SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS
The Art Scene co-ordinator will be available in the campus art supplies store located in the dining room for any complaints or enquiries.
