Put your own brand of artistic expression into this fun five day workshop. Working from your own artistic interpretations enjoy drawing, painting, cutting, pasting and gilding, using various methods and techniques.

The subjects will be painted with acrylics, a bright and colourful still life of flowers. Stretch the imagination by drawing figures into the trees, introducing a collage of textured hand made papers, faux finishes and distressed gold leaf. also exploring various studies of Crow, Owl, Kookaburra and Magpie.

You will be working on canvas and paper throughout the week.

A small fee of $10 to cover for fresh flowers, and chemical liquid

Mignon’s foray into the art world began at North Sydney Technical College, after which she went on to attend the National Art School’s Diploma of Design, before being offered employment in the advertising industry in Sydney. During her career in the arts Mignon has remained a prolific artist, conducting workshops at well established art schools and her home studio. Her work is not limited to one style, rather a unique and diverse ride through many different styles and techniques. Inspired by nature her passion is colour and texture.
